Academy Online International is a publisher of digital vocational training and courses operating in Sweden. We have Sweden's largest selection of digital vocational training with over 200 courses, and the growth is strong.

We have recently established ourselves in Norway, Finland, and Denmark and are now looking for Course Leaders for these countries.

Many of the vocational training programs we have on the Swedish market need to be converted to Norwegian by new Course Leaders with expert knowledge in their respective subjects/professions.

As a Course Leader, you can be located anywhere in the world. All courses are recorded and available in our digital course portal, open to our students 24/7. No part of the courses is delivered live.

Your work as a Course Leader includes:

-Initially converting existing course material from Swedish to Norwegian for the vocational training programs you have subject competence in. The material consists of screen-recorded PowerPoint presentations, text pages, exercises, assignments, tests, and some videos.

We will provide you with a manual on how this works with support from our Swedish support department.

Once all material is converted to Norwegian, we will produce it for our digital course portal.

-As a Course Leader, you will continuously respond to students' questions, provide support, and grade assignments and tests at least three times a week.

Scope:

Full-time or part-time depending on the number of vocational training programs you become a Course Leader for.

Personal qualities:

-Self-driven with the ability to work independently with support from other staff in the company remotely.

-Organized with a structured working method.

-Positive attitude with a high level of customer service.

-Long-term commitment to this position as a Course Leader for one or more vocational training programs.

-IT proficiency with knowledge of common Office programs or equivalent.

Workplace:

Since all work is done remotely, you can choose where you want to work from.

You can work from Sweden, Norway, or anywhere else within the EU. Possibly also in other parts of the world depending on communication costs.

You will be employed by the Swedish parent company Academy Online International. Alternatively, a collaboration agreement.

Requirements:

You must understand Swedish in both spoken and written form to work with the translation between the languages, read Swedish manuals on how the work should be conducted, and communicate with the Swedish staff who will be your support.

You must master Norwegian at a very high level in both spoken and written form, preferably as a native language.

You must have general IT knowledge equivalent to, for example, the Office package.

Computer with internet connection.

Other merits:

If you have experience in the education sector and entrepreneurship as well as working as a Course Leader, it is an asset.
